Yes. Treatments are applied carefully and only where needed. We follow provincial regulations and responsible application practices to protect children, pets and the surrounding environment
Do you offer warranties?
Yes. Most services include a limited warranty. Details depend on the pest and service type and will be explained before treatment.
Mice and Rats
How do mice and rats get inside?
Rodents can enter through very small openings around foundations, doors, vents and utility lines. Once inside, they nest in walls, attics and basements.
What are signs of rodent activity?
Common signs include droppings, scratching sounds, chewed materials and grease marks along walls or entry points.
Do you provide prevention advice?
Yes. Rodent control includes identifying entry points and providing guidance to reduce future access.
Ants
Why do ants keep coming back?
Ant colonies often remain in soil or nearby structures. Without proper identification and colony focused treatment, activity can return.
Do you treat carpenter ants?
Yes. Carpenter ants are common in Northern Ontario and require a targeted approach to prevent structural damage.
Spiders
Why are spiders worse near the lake?
Homes and camps near Lake Superior and Lake Huron experience higher moisture and insect activity. This provides food and shelter for spiders.
Do you remove spider webs?
Yes we do but at an additional cost.
Wasps and Hornets
Do you remove wasp and hornet nests?
We treat active wasp and hornet nests and advise on removal once activity has stopped. Nests will only be removed only if it is safe to do so and the nest is accessible.
Is it safe to remove a nest myself?
No. Attempting removal can lead to multiple stings. Professional treatment is strongly recommended.
Honeybees
Do you exterminate honeybees?
No. We do not exterminate honeybees. They are vital to the environment.
What should I do if I have honeybees?
If you encounter a honeybee swarm or hive, contact a local apiarist or bee removal specialist for safe relocation.
What if I am not sure what insect I have?
You can contact us for identification. We are happy to help determine whether the insect is a bee, wasp or hornet.
Earwigs, Centipedes and Millipedes
Are the pests dangerous
No, but they can be unsettling when found indoors.
Why do earwigs, centipedes and millipedes enter homes?
They are attracted to moisture and dark shelter and often enter through small gaps near the foundation.
Can prevention help?
Yes. Reducing moisture, improving drainage and sealing gaps helps limit activity.
Commercial and Industrial Services
Do you provide ongoing service programs?
Yes. We offer scheduled service plans for commercial and industrial properties based on risk and operational needs.
Do you provide documentation?
Yes. We provide clear service records to support audits, inspections and compliance requirements.
Is service discreet?
Yes. We work with your schedule and maintain a professional, low profile presence with unmarked vehicles.
