By booking or receiving service, you agree to the following:

Service

Services are based on inspection and conditions at the time of visit. Some pest issues require follow up or ongoing service. Results vary depending on environment, structure and customer cooperation.

Access

You must provide safe and clear access to all required areas. Pets must be secured. Hazards must be disclosed. Missed or inaccessible appointments may be subject to a fee.

Customer Responsibilities

You agree to follow preparation and prevention recommendations, managing moisture and maintaining sanitation. Failure to follow recommendations may affect results and warranty.

Payment

Payment is due at time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late or unpaid invoices may result in suspension of service or late fees.

Cancellations

Reasonable notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments may be subject to a fee.

Warranty

Some services include a limited warranty. Coverage depends on pest type and conditions. Warranty may be void if conditions change or recommendations are not followed.

Liability

Soo Pest Control is not responsible for any pre-existing damage, ongoing infestations caused by external factors or indirect losses. Liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

Safety

We may refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe.

Environmental Responsibility

We follow responsible pest control practices and all governing law. We do not exterminate honeybees and will refer to a local apiarist when needed.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada.
